3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Samantha Wear Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
UK Customers: VAT is included in our prices.
International Customers: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Samantha Wear Ltd is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at payment@samanthawear.com with photos of the damage.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
